I need to render a text border in a pdf, similar to:

I have gone through the PdfSharp API and couldn't find a suitable class/property

Check page 3 of the generated PDF (it uses a Pen and a Brush to draw letters filled).

A simpler way would be using outline versions of fonts (which are available for some fonts).
