I need to add A heading on footer and some fields as a Table like the document printed by and document printed date and Logo of the company

Now when i add a heading using add paragarpah or by creating a table the table and the heading overlaps

and when i create a table and add all the elements in row cells the values are wrapped

I'm not sure if I understand the problem.
Code snippets and screen shots could help.

Two paragraphs added to the footer will overlap (probably a bug in MigraDoc).
A single paragraph with linebreaks will work.
Otherwise a TextFrame can be added to the footer so that two paragraphs will show correctly. Might also help if there is a problem with tables in the footer.
