I had posted a bug report over at SourceForge.net (#1565300 Form Fields Not fillable - Following is the text of the bug report:

Form fields of PDF files combined (concatenated) from
different PDF files (having form fields in them)
cannot be filled after they are processed with
PDFSharp.

I can see the form fields in the new PDF file; I can
type data into the form field; but once I tab out of
the form field, the data disappears. Also, when I
open the new form in Adobe Acrobat Professional, and
click on the 'Forms' menu icon, the file is not seen
as Adobe as Fillable (Edit Fillable Form is not
clickable). If I then add a form field myself to the
PDF, Adobe then sees the form as fillable. The new
form field I added myself will retain data entered
into it, but the form fields that came from the
combined documents will still not retain their data,
even though they are clearly defined as text fields (I
can right click and view the properties of the text
box).).

I was curious if anyone had looked at this, or made any progress with it. I'd really like to use your product for a project I am working on, but this bug leaves me dead in the water.

Thanks!

Sorry, only bad news: There is no code in PDFsharp that combines anything else but the page content.
Outlines, annotations, Acrofields etc. are lost when pages are combined in new documents or added to existing documents. Unfortunately it is difficult and hard work to add this feature and it is not planed for the near future.
