Hello,
I am a non-coder professional training there, I have outside of my work hours to create a small application facilitating my work in my business because it is 100% tailored to my needs and that of my colleagues.
I intend to protect my application for my employer prevent me stealing the idea or that the copy.
Until now I use iTextSharp DLL which is paid from the time the application is distributed or included this DLL.
My application will be distributed free with DLL PDFsharp to my colleagues at work as well as on its network.
questions:
-Do I have the right to freely distribute my app including DLL PDFSharp?
-How to protect my application against my employer.

Yes.

If you develop it at home then you are the copyright owner. I don't know where you live, but in the western world copyright protection has a value.

You could try an obfuscator to protect your code.

Thank you for the information, I do not think that it is necessary to protect my application with a ofuscator because my code is nothing special, it's just the idea is good.
