Hey,

is it possible to Create a Page that looks like this:

Hi, Marc,

This can be done.
There are several ways to achieve this with MigraDoc.
Everything but the "content" can be positioned with TextFrames.

The frames can be drawn on a PDF page (e. g. with Illustrator) that is used as a background.
If Text123... and Image1 are static, they can be included in this background page; otherwise they can be included using MigraDoc page headers.
This works fine even if your document has more than one page.

Or you can use TextFrames with border to draw the frames. Could be a little bit tricky if you need more than one page.
