PDFsharp & MigraDoc Foundation

I use the documentpreview in a wpf application. It works fine but I have the two problem:
- The search function is useless because you can't find any text in the document.
- It is not possible to mark any text and copy it.

As I see the problem is, the document is rendered as graphik and not as a real text document.
Is it possible to change it on a easy way or what can i do to enable this two features?

Would there be any alternative solution to what MH_2106 answer? I would really like to stick on using MigraDoc.
