how can i generate input fields such as textbox, checkbox, datetime, dropdown etc
I am looking for ways to create forms including these fields.
how can I create these fields and customizing it with the position and field width/height

There's no way to generate an input field in PDFsharp afaik. But what you can do is to import a PDF with fields (created in Adobe Acrobat) and use it as a template.
