It would be nice if the document viewer control would scroll the page up and down based on the zoom level before going to the next or previous page using the mouse wheel. Also being able to zoom in and out by holding down the [ctrl] key while using the mouse wheel.

This works with the WPF build of the Document Viewer (there's a little bug: scrolling stops when the mouse cursor is over text; keep the mouse cursor over an empty area (e.g. page margin) and scrolling will work).

Almost 2 1/2 years later (almost 7 since the issue was originally reported) and I'm still asking the same question! I've created a new topic for it: https://forum.pdfsharp.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3933
