I'm using PdfSharp (PdfSecuritySettings with owner password) to protect my pdf documents. Everything works great, but I have problems with documents that have xmp metadata embedded. After password protecting such documents, I can't extract metadata from pdf (I use Adobe XMP Toolkit for reading and writing xmp metadata). It seems that PdfSharp also encrypts metadata of the document. Is any option or workaround exist to skip metadata encryption? Thanks. Any help will be appreciated. |
