Is it posible to indent the text in a cell away from the border of the table and the indented area stil be shaded?

The text in a cell is a paragraph - and paragraphs can be indented.
Set the color of the table or the color of the row; I'm not sure if setting the color of the paragraph also colors the indented region.

For the cell color, should I use the Shading property? or another property?
