Post subject: | cropping with pdfsharp |
I'm using pdfsharp to concatenate and bookmark a collection of documents. In order to easily format these documents for a Sony reader, I was wondering if it is possible to 'crop' each page with some code that would eliminate some white space and un-needed text? Each page of the existing file is actually mostly an image. So, I'd like to move to position x1,y1 on the page, construct a rectangle to position x2,y2, and 'crop' and retain only what is contained within the rectangle. in effect, I'd be making the page smaller and changing the aspect ratio a little. Can this be done, and sample code would be helpful, of course! |

We're working problem that could be solved with cropping as well - have there been any updates? If not, are there any suggestions for splitting a single 17"x11" document into two separate 8.5" x 11" documents? Thanks in advance. |

No cropping yet. You can draw white rectangles over the areas you want to hide. No drawback here since the source page will be imported once and drawn on both pages. |
