I've been toying with PDF Sharp for about a week now and I can't find a method for adding rotated images to a PDF. Am I going crazy or is the functionality just not there yet?

Try the XGraphicsLab application (Images tab, look at the BMPs; Text tab may also help: Transform 1 and 2).
Or look at the XForms sample.

Thank you for pointing that out to me, I don't know how I missed that. To be honest, everything with this library has been much easier to use than I originally expected. Kudos!
