Is there any advice on how to use PDFSharp from a Classic ASP page? The only posts I see are quite out of date. Thanks.

Old is not necessarily out of date. Classic samples for classic ASP.

The sample for ASP.NET:

You create a PDF in memory, return a byte array with the PDF along with a proper content disposition, and that's all.
