Everything is grey there.
Not sure which 3 parts you refer to.

The address block in the middle can be made using a table with three cells, one cell for the sender, one cell for the receiver, and the cell in the middle with an image.
For the addresses of sender and receiver you can use one paragraph each with linebreaks, but you can also use three paragraphs each. I'd set the grey background colour for the table elements anyway (cell and/or row), so you do not have to set the background of the paragraph anyway.

I mean the address part with the image between it
so I can have a table with a cell with a paragraph in it ?

I'd use one table with one row and three columns for the address region.
You can add one or more paragraphs to each table cell.
You can use AddFormattedText to mix different styles (e.g. bold and regular) in a single paragraph.

There are many ways to get this working.
