PDFsharp & MigraDoc Foundation

PDFSharp is great, that said, I can't figure out how to do the following things. If anyone has a suggestion/example please send it to me:

1. Add borders around the PDF page (i.e. maybe a 1/2 inch.)
2. Using PDFSharp, compress an image (.jpeg, .jpg, .jpg3, .gif, .bmp and/or .png)
3. After compressing the image (if possible) or not, to place the image in the middle of the page (both vertically and horizontally.)

Any help is much appreciated.

Re 1: Draw lines around the page (look here).
Re 2: PDFsharp does not alter images, use .NET routines for that purpose.
Re 3: You know how large the image will be drawn, you know the dimensions of page, so simple maths will calculate the x and y position you need to center the image.
