Dear All,

I am going to generate a PDF file which includes a long grid table, and there is images and text inside it.
as the length is very long, I guess it will become about 10 to 20 pages.

I want to know what is the best way to do the pagination before I start to work it out.

Thanks

Hi!

Why don't you use MigraDoc and let MigraDoc do the pagination?

Hi, because I have an example on hand and it used PDFsharp to create images, and text, and it's one page.

I don't know much about MigraDoc. Can it do all the things that I want?

Tables, images, page breaks - no problem with that.

MigraDoc is not the fastest tool when it comes to rendering tables to PDF. And it cannot break table rows across pages (but tables can span multiple pages).

So if you are sure that each table row will fit a single page, then MigraDoc should meet your requirements.

With PDFsharp you have to handle pagination yourself and you also have to draw table borders etc.
