Is it possible to create a pdf file that when you open it, it opens with Page Layout forced to Single Page, and Zoom: Fit Page ?

It might work for the second part of my question (fit page); but how to manage single page instead of single page continious, or others like two-up or automatic? see example

Someone will have to check chapter 3 in Adobe's PDF Reference (or whichever chapter this is in the latest version of the reference) to see if this can be done - and I'm afraid I won't find the time this week. |
