Are you able to clarify if this alter the PDF version in any way?
We provide the PDFsharp library.
Third parties can use this library to create tools.
PDFsharp is able to read PDF files into memory, make modifications while in memory, and write the data to a new PDF file.
What you see in Adobe Reader and after printing should be exactly the same (unless the library was used to make modifications), but the PDF file will be a new file.
