Post subject:  Paragraph Fixed Width

Hey guys,

I want to create a logo placeholder; the word LOGO with a black border. By default a paragraph spans the full width of the page. How can I give it a fixed width, or have it wrap the text?

Thanks,
Ben

It's like Word. Set left or right indent of the paragraph to reduce the width. Linebreaks occur automatically at spaces, hyphens, and soft hyphens.

Hey Thomas,

Would this not be a case for a TextFrame? I notice when I add a paragraph to a text frame, the text frame does wrap the paragraph contents. However, when I add a line to the text frame it doesn't actually surround the contained paragraph. Have I misunderstood how text frames work?

Thanks,
Ben

AFAIK TextFrames are somewhat simple and require the user to match the size of the TextFrame to its contents.
