How can I set the page in landscape orientation in a Migradoc.Document?

Hi!

Set the Orientation property of the PageSetup object to Orientation.Landscape instead of Orientation.Portrait.
You can mix Landscape and Portrait within one document as every new section can have its own PageSetup.
