From what I've read on the forums and FAQ's pdfsharp does not support conversion from xml or html to pdf. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to do this? Do I have to interpret the html/xml myself and draw it into pdfsharp line by line or is there an easier way?

That's the way - unless someone else has done it and shares some code.

IMHO you will get nicer PDFs if you make it manually and create specific documents for specific tasks, taking full advantage of the different capabilities of PDF and HTML.
You can always print an HTML page to PDF and it will look like a printed HTML page. A PDF brochure can be much nicer.
