What does it mean? I've noticed that appearance of this error depends of document which I want to modify. With some of them everything is alright, but some throw this error and I can't understand what difference between them. Could anybody help to solve this issue?

It's not an error, it's an assertion. AFAIK you can ignore the message.
No assertions showing when you use the Release build.
