Currently I have a mix of tiffs and pdfs that when selected need to be combined into one pdf. I currently have a way to handle if the doc is a pdf but I was wondering if anyone had done the merging any other files such as tiffs into the pdf document? Do have to make the tiff files into a pdf document before? The tiffs are coming from a memory stream.

With PDFsharp, simply add a PDF page to the PDF file and draw one image from the TIFF file on that page (remember that TIFF files may contain several images).
