I'm trying to find out how to add a user input controls (fields) to a PDF. I've searched this forum up and down and haven't found an answer to this question. None of the samples show how to do this. I would think that this is a common request.

There are others who have asked this question without getting an answer. For example:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=261
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=406&p=903&hilit=checkbox#p903

I'm hoping by asking this question again someone will be kind enough to provide a very simple example. I want to add PdfRadioButtonFields, PdfButtonFields, and PdfComboBoxFields.

Can anyone help?

Not getting any response so I'm assuming this isn't possible, at least not right now. Hopefully it will be in the future. For anyone else needing this capability, PDF Clown provides this functionality. Download the source code and look at the file AcroFormCreationSample.cs (or *.java) in the samples folder. Regardless, PDF Sharp and MigraDoc are still great libraries.
