Hello,

I´m not sure that this is the right place for my question, so excuse me if this is the wrong forum.

A customer of my company has the following problem: He updated his Adobe Acrobat to the latest version, which uses "iref streams" and now whenever he wants to open a pdf file with pdfSharp the following error appears:

Cannot handle iref streams. The current implementation of PDFsharp cannot handle this PDF feature introduced with Acrobat 6.

Now I want to ask whether a possibility to process the "iref-streams" with pdfSharp is planned.

gratefull regards
Tobias Schmidt

Hi!

Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat?
Adobe Acrobat can be told to create files in 5.0 format that do not use iref streams.

A PDFsharp update with support for iref streams is planned.

My fault sorry, I meant Adobe Acrobat.

A colleague asked me to find that out: Can you determine a rough release date of the update to support iref streams?
