I need to create a webform using HTML for the front end, and Visual Basic or C# on the server side. We have government medical forms in .PDF format, I need to use PDFsharp to create an HTML webform that will output data to a government form with fillable fields that already exists in PDF format. The output would be the same PDF, with the data the user filled out in the webform. Can anyone help me? Thanks... |
