I have some 10,000 to 20,000 page PDF files held in a network device.

From the device I get the option to load the PDF fire in entirety or and byte array chunks.

Is there a way with PDFSharp as it is currently to read in a byte array (which is a partial pdf document) and operate on that, rather than having to ready the full PDF object over the network?

I don't believe PdfSharp or any other library can help you with that. Except... I've seen Adobe's plugin in Web browser is able to display first page while loading the rest. Check out what they sell.
