PDFsharp & MigraDoc Foundation

Is it possible to convert searchable pdf to non searchable pdf? Please let me know how will do it.

If you can find a PDF->Tiff library, you could add the image of the pdf to a section using MigraDoc. Then it won't be searchable.

Actually, if you know the margins and etc and the document output is fairly simple (just paragraphs and text).
You could create a Tiff of the output and add that to the pdf at save time if the searchable flag is not set, else just create the pdf
normally with MigraDoc.
