PDFsharp & MigraDoc Foundation

Hi,

I am currently using both Migradoc and PDF sharp to create a catalogue page - This uses migradoc for the text and tables and PDFsharp to load in the images.

The way I am doing this is by creating a new document using Migradoc to first create the document - write in the content, save the PDF, the PDFsharp opens the PDF and does the images.

I have got to a point where I need to use migraDoc to write text on top of a shape drawn in PDFsharp, but I cannot find anyway of opening an existing PDF in migradoc.

Please can you assist in either

a) Opening an existing PDF in migradoc.
or
b) creating a number of rectangles in the background in Migradoc when I first create the document.

Thank you for your swift response.

I am not quite sure I understand.

My process currently does the following:

Create File with Migradoc
Write in text and tables
Save File

Open saved file in PDFsharp
Draw in images
Save File


I can draw the shapes in PDFsharp but the shapes need to be BEHIND the text drawn using Migradoc.

Can I use Migradoc to write text on a PDF that was opened in PDFsharp - I am sorry I do not quite understand how to achieve this.

When modifying PDF pages, you can specify whether your changes are appended (showing on top) or prepending (showing behind existing items).
