Hello,
It is possible to have side headers in MigraDoc?
Simillar to:

Yes.
You can use a "TextFrame" object and set the "Orientation" property:

If the side headers are static, you can create them with InDesign or any other PDF editor and use them as page backgrounds.
Or maybe draw them with PDFsharp.
Or create them with MigraDoc in a separate document in landscape format and combine both documents while rendering.

Many ways to chose from, depending on the requirements.

Thank you very much, I will give it a try with textframe and orientation.

But how to make it appear in all pages?

You can add it to page header or page footer. If you give the side header an absolute position on the page, either header or footer can be used.
