I run PDFSharp just fine on my dev Windows 10 computer but when I run the app on a Windows Server 2008 R2 x6, it fails at

document = new PdfDocument();

but I do not get any error or exception at all (I know because I have put a log before and after that line).
Server has framework 2.0 installed. My app is running under .net 4.6.2
Files copied are pdfsharp.dll and pdfsharp.charting.dll

Can someone help please?

With version 1.50 there were some improvements with respect to running under Medium Trust. This could make a difference.
Using a different user account could also make a difference.

When using the GDI build, make sure GDI+ is available on the server. This could be the problem here.

I'd try the WPF build 1.50 beta 4.

If you only want to make one change at a time, either try the GDI build 1.50 beta 4 or try the WPF build 1.32.

I have tried the beta and the Wpf but still not working.
It works fine on another Windows Server 2008R2 that I have.
Do you have an idea what/where should I look to see what is different on those servers?

Are you using .NET under IIS?

Maybe you get more information when you try a console application in an Admin Command Prompt on the server.
If that works, then check the permissions/privileges of your application pool.
If that does not work: you can take the PDFsharp source code and add Console.WriteLine to find out where it fails.

Without exception and without Event Log entries (just assuming) finding the cause will be a bit difficult.
Finding the line in source code where execution ends will be an important clue.
