Hi,

A client has request embedding some URLs into a pdf to a custom URI that launches a custom application e.g. asd://XXXXXXXXXX

You can open one link, but any other link within the pdf does not open.

Research on the issue as pointed to a security feature that prevents these links from working.

Does anyone know a work around this issue?

Thank you for your help.

I'm afraid I do not fully understand what the issue is.

Sounds like a restriction of the PDF viewer.
Maybe there is an option for that in the PDF viewer. Maybe a different viewer will work better.
Maybe a different encoding in the PDF file can work around this limitation.
