New to PDFSharp and can't figure out how to force long strings to wrap. Right now they just render to one line and the resulting pdf file shows the text going off the side of the page.

Have a look at the TextLayout sample that comes with PDFsharp:
Direcotory PDFsharp\Samples C#\TextLayout
