Hi!

How about creating a CSV file from Excel? Importing will be much easier.

On the screen shot I see black lines on white. I cannot tell the type of annotations from that screen shot.

Importing text from PDF is somewhat complicated. It will be a bit easier when you know that all PDFs are coming from e.g. Excel 2016.
I don't know if PDF files created by Excel still have cells.

I am attaching an azip file containing excel file and the generated pdf (by saving the excel as pdf)

The excel verison is 2016 ,and it just contain several cells with border, some cells are merged.

I tried to use the pdf sharp explorer but i could not identify excatly how the cells are represented inside the pdf
