Hi,

I there a way of selecting a portion of an existing page, copying it, and pasting it onto another page?

Hi!

What do you mean with "selecting"? PDFsharp cannot show pages, so selecting regions or items on that page will be a bit difficult.
PDFsharp cannot show pages, it cannot render pages, it does not know which item goes where. There is no clipping when drawing pages on new pages.

There is always a way - but PDFsharp may not be very helpful with your case.

Apologies. I wasn't clear enough.

I have an existing pdf document, and I would like to copy a specific region of it onto a new document silently, using code -- no UI. I'm guessing this can't be done?

As I already wrote: such a task cannot be done easily with PDFsharp.

I don't know any library that can do it easily.

When you say 'cannot be done easily', do you mean cannot be done at all? If it categorically cannot be done using PDFSharp, I'll explore other options. Thanks for your help.
