Sorry if this has been covered somewhere but I checked the FAQ and searched the forum and wasn't able to find anything. 2 questions:

1.) Does MigraDoc support importing MS Word .doc and .docx file formats?

2.) Does MigraDoc have something similar to MS Word's FormField functionality where a document can be protected to only allow filling in form data? Alternatively, is it possible to protect portions of a document?

Re 1: No.

Re 2: Word is a word processor and the fields are a Word feature (editor feature). MigraDoc has no editor.
AcroForms are similar for PDF, but are not fully implemented in PDFsharp.
